Savry

Rising StarBook Reviews, Kid's Corner

Title: Savry
Author: Ingrid Law

Favorite Part: My favorite part of savvy was when this girl named Mibs was at her 13th birthday. She had just passed out because a bible delivery guy with a bunch of tattoos came in and Mibs head was filled with unknown thoughts. When she wakes up a bunch of people are arguing and that makes her head hurt. So she got up and ran outside. Then she saw a bus and decided to get on it because it said that it was Salina and her dad was at Salina Hope Hospital and she wanted to see him. Her two brothers, her friend, and her friend’s sister followed her.

Why: I rated this book with 5 stars because it basically combined everything that I like in a book. I also really liked it because it was about a group of kids who don’t really like each other but then they’re brought together. I would recommend this book to people who like adventure, action, humor, magic, and a little bit of sadness.
